How to disable the page name in published report footer in PowerBI Service?

Hello Team,

I have published the report(Cloud)  and while viewing the report i could see the page name in the published report while accessing the link.

My requirement is just not to show the page name after Publish the report in workspace and while accessing the report page name should be disabled.

How to disable the page names in the published report?

Hi. I'm thinking. You can hide pages. That might work in this case. The hidden page won't be shown in read view, only if the user has build permission and click "edit". Otherwise it's like it doesn't exists unless you create a button to navigate.

I hope that helps,

Hi @ssspk ,

If you have more than one visible page there's no way to "hide" the page tabs. You can howeve change the location of the navigation, in the Report in Service, go to File, Settings and select "Display report pages as tabs along the bottom of the report".

That will keep the page tabs along the bottom, much like in Power BI Desktop.

However if you have more than one visible page you'll always see the tabs somewhere. I usually build page navigation (check out the new feature in the November release!) on page one and then simply hide all the other pages. If there is only one visible page the page tab won't show.

I hope it will helpful

Thanks,

Sai Teja
