How to disable Microsoft Announcement banner

Is there a way to disable the microsoft announcement banners like the below for all end users?

The Power BI Service's user interface and notification system don't provide a straightforward setting option to disable all notification banners globally.

If it's important to your team,you can propose an idea about this, you can submit your idea by going to the link below.
