How to create streaming dataset?

Hi Everyone,

I am planning to do a live sentiment analysis on Twitter. I could see many articles used streaming dataset in PowerBI service. When I follow the same procedure I couldn't able to find it. 

Can someone let me know how to create a streaming dataset in PowerBI for twitter as shown in the below article?

As of now I could hit text analytics API for static data and calculate its sentiment but my target is to do for dynamic live stream data and integrate with Power BI dashboard.
