Hi,
I hope someone in the community can help me out on this one 🙂
In our organization a lot of reports are published to a lot of workspaces. Users are getting access to different reports and datasets with different permissions. From a GDPR perspective I would like to create an overall Power BI report on all reports in all the workspaces, including who has access, which permissions they have, in which workspace the report resides, and if possible also some reportspecific data from used tables, user metrics, etc.
I've been searching the community for answers and can't seem to find the answer, although I do see references to using a rest api. Is there a way to create a report whithout having to use an rest api?
(I do have access to the admin portal but that doesn't give me the insights either)
Thanks in advance!
Solved! Go to Solution.
Talk to your O365 tenant admin and ask them for the relevant audit logs.
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I do have access to the admin portal, but when going to the audit logs everything is greyed out.
So, only the tenant admin has access to the logs?
Yes
