How to create a dynamic progressbar

Hi guys, I have been trying to see if its possible to create dynamic progressbar in Powerbi.   I have created 2 rectangular shapes. - 1st box is to form the background of the progressbar width 50...

    Hi frippex ,

    The length and width of the rectangle can only be changed manually and is not affected by DAX. The functionality you expect is not available at this time.
    I suggest you try the Gauge:

    Or you can find whether there are some custom visuals which can meet you requirement:
