How to create a Power BI application

I can't find the create app button in Power BI Desktop or Power BI service. This is how I do it :I click on the “Workspaces” icon: a pane opens with the list of all the spaces to which I have access. I select a workspace. => I then arrive at a page which lists the files and all the BI reports contained in this space. But on this page, there is no icon allowing me to create an applicationI can't find the create app button in Power BI Desktop or Power BI service. I select a workspace. => I then arrive at a page which lists the files and all the BI reports contained in this space. But on this page, there is no icon allowing me to create an application. At the top left I have a “New item” button. But if I click on it, it shows a list of elements such as reports, dashboards, I also have the possibility to obtain data, store data, prepare data, analyze and train data, track data, develop data,... but none of the elements correspond to an application.
On the other hand, I have an "Application" icon directly in the icon panel on the left of the screen. When I click on it, I come across a page listing the applications and I have just one that I created a few months ago. on this page there is no "Create" button or menu, only a "get apps" button which leads to a list of already created apps, which I don't want. I thought about duplicating the application I had already created, but I can't find how to duplicate it.

You need to be admin on workspace or admin must delegate app update permission to contributors on workspace setting
You need to be an admin or member of the workspace to create a Power BI app. If you don't see the "Create app" button, check your permissions in the workspace settings,it will show your current role

Akash_Varuna & Deku , thank you for your response. This issue is likely related to your workspace permissions. You need to be an Admin or Member of the workspace to create an app Contributors and Viewers cannot create apps. Please reach out to your workspace Admin to request being added as a Member or Admin.

I'm an admin for all workspaces but for this particular workspace I certainly changed my permission by mistake.
