How to create RLS(row-level-security) for power app in power bi?

Hi guys ,

 i has created one app in power apps ,, i connected 4different types sql databases that app. its working dynamically in when user can also accessable and also i imported app in power bi desktop ,i have 4 databases for 4 different types countries . now how can i apply for RLS for these four countries . i tried also  userprincipalname  isn;t working .for example  one user can able see only one country  do not  see other countries data. let me know how it is possiable

Does RLS work on other visuals in the report?

I saw a thread that suggested trying to make the app from inside Power BI by clicking "create app" instead of using the already made app.
