How to connect with SAAS application ?

• For power bi embedded, it’s function is to embed your Power BI items such as reports, dashboards and tiles, in a web application or in a website, so that users or organization can access this content.
• Now you want to let users upload their data directly from the website, but embedded does not support this , so these operations still need to be performed by returning to power bi.

I hope you referring how to connect your SaaS application data in Power BI to create reports. Please check below thread. You can use OData option to connect with your application.
