Hi,
We have created three different reports, which all use different data sources
1) Report1 with pages Report1_Page1, Report1_Page2, Report1_Page3
2) Report2 with pages Report2_Page1, Report2_Page2, Report2_Page3
3) Report3 with pages Report3_Page1, Report3_Page2, Report3_Page3
Now we want to put together an app (perhaps we can do it in a different way?) where we only have the following selection visible in the same place. The sequence also needs to be the same:
1) Report3_Page2
2) Report2_Page1
3) Report1_Page3
4) Report3_Page1
NB! All these report pages contain slicers that we need to keep available.
What we did was we created a dashboard using the "Pin a live page" functionality for each of the pages and then put those pages together in an app. I was quite happy with the result until I noticed that the mobile view was basically uneditable. I was not able to slice it up like I am able to do with creating mobile views for report pages. Also, the charts got smaller in the dashboard, so this was a problem as well.
Any recommendations on how to come out of this situation would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi @MadisMerk
A report is based on a single dataset. soooooo
- you could try combining up the separate datasets into one - this way you can put all the pieces you need into one report and distribute as an app
- you can pin visuals to dashboards instead of pinning entire live pages

Hi,
Some comments:
- We could combine the reports, but then we cannot segment them under different headers (this I really like) and we would have all the pages under the report name. One other option would be to put them together and then slice them up again, but this creates unnecessary maintenance as I see it
-Slicers do not work, without pinning the whole page. But we need to be able to filter the report in different ways.
Ideally, the app creator should allow combining different reports and rename/structure/hide the pages as we see fit.

Hi @MadisMerk ,
I'm sorry I may not be able to provide you with better suggestions due to the limitations of the phone's own characteristics. Please check if the following documents can help you.

Hi Rena,
Some nice ideas there but unfortunately they do not solve my problem.

comment: this does not work if you pin the whole page into a dashboard, this is needed because we want to use the slicers as well.

comment: as I see it, this would create double work for us. We would have to build a report page for a PC screen and then also for the mobile screen. Not a sustainable solution.
