How to collect all companies' data and refresh automatically

I have more than one company's data to collect and refreshed every day, my question is how can the companies upload their data and refresh them automatically every day, and how can I get that data used in Power BI and also refreshed automatically.

First of all, you need to install Power BI Desktop and use Get Data to connect to data then publish datasets to Power BI Service.For more details please check below documents.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-upload-desktop-files.

Second, you will need a Power BI Pro license to use scheduled refresh feature in Power BI Service. For more details please check below document.

After that, you need Power BI Gateway to connect on-premised datasouce with Power BI Service. For more details please check below document.

The last thing you need to do is configure scheduled refresh for the dataset in Power BI Service. For more details please check below document.

That's really helpful, but still one question is what about the other companies' data, since we 're even not in the same city, how can they upload and refresh their data to let me use in power bi and refresh automatically.

It depends on whether you have accsee to their data.

One way is using Azure AD B2B to let them invite you to their organization as guest user.
