How to change the number of significant digits from the service

I know how to change the number of significant digits being displayed by a number in a grid on the desktop, but I want to be able to do it from the webpage/service. How can I do that? I am not finding a way.

Right now there is an option to edit in the Power BI Service via the App settings as shown below. It should be able to make the changes. Just remember that if you upload from your PBIX it will overwrite the service settings.
