How to change owner of PowerBI Report

Under the info icon of my team's PowerBI dashboard (on the web version), Under "App Info", I am listed as the owner. Someone else set me as the owner but I need to transfer ownership to another member on my team. I am unable to figure out how to change to owner of the PowerBI Report.

I have looked online and they say to set the user to "Admin" but I am already an "Admin" and so is the person I need to transfer ownership to. 

Can anyone help in changing the ownership of PowerBI dashboard?

Interesting since you can only receive e-mail notification for access requests for reports you "own". So there must be some kind of report ownership otherwise how does the tool know who to send the access request to. (I was hoping it would send it to all admins, however, that is not the default behavior. ) 🤔

There is no such thing as "Report owner".  You can go to the Report settings page to change the contact information for the report.

There is a concept of ownership, but for semantic models. You can take over someone else's semantic model.
