How to change dashboard background to dark?

My dashboards / reports on the Power BI are in dark theme. When I upload them to the Power BI Service the background is white and I can't find a way to change it to dark. As a result, my tiles aren't being displayed properly (white text on white background)

Choose Edit > Dashboard Themes
