How to change UTC_offset settings when  Premium Utilization and Metrics app is already installed?

It seems you can change the settings, Please refer to th following document to see if it helps you.

Install the Gen2 metrics app 

I have also found a similar post, please refer to it to see if it helps you.

Gen2 Metrics App - updated UTC time post install. 

• It can be changed in the parameters section of the dataset.
