How to avoid email of users requesting access?

I have a report published that is accessible to a certain group of people.   My problem is that , I believe some people is sharing the link with others (that should never have access), and I get se...

Why should the users be as "viewers" in the workspace.... Workspace access is only for people working in the reports, not for end-users...

    Well viewers can't share a report unless you allow them, so if they share the email for the request will be sent keeping the report secure. If you add read users as members or admin they can share and allow any member of the company to read the report. The email requesting access is a good thing because it means a user that wasn't added as a read one is trying to view a report and they are not supposed to view it.

    If you want any user to be able to share so that you don't need to receive and accept people over and over again you just need to teach them how to share (it's not copying the url like they might be doing).
