I published a report from PBI Desktop to PBI Service, I could see and download the the pbix file but the report contains custom matrix (Inforiver) and while trying to export the MATRIX, this error appears "Make sure to allow custom download via Power BI Administrator"

Please ask the help from your global admin or Power BI service admin to enable this option in the Admin portal. When this setting is enabled, users can download data from a custom visual into a file on their storage device.
