How to add disclaimer text in the Export Data File

Hi,

This is for Power BI Service (Embed) but it might also be applicable for Power BI Desktop.

In the Power BI Report, on one of the visuals I click on 'Export Data' and the (xlsx) file is exported.

This also has information about the filters which were applied.

Now, additionally I want to add some disclaimer text like 'Disclaimer: Confidential Data; please refrain from sharing.' preferably at the end of the file or the top of the file.

I couldn't find any way to achieve this. Please guide.

You can hide option to export data on Visuals and may use Power Automate to Excel Button to send in Email with disclaimer text in email body or append a row  in Excel file before sending email or save to Sharepoint.
