Solved: How to Upgrade and make online gateway?

I have 2 questions regarding this status:

How can I make W00 Online?

and also, how can I upgrade versions W00 and W01 to the latest version?

(I am very new to this, I believe I have to rdp to the server but I haven't done that ever before!) any help is appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous Here is a link on how to upgrade your gateway.

With regards to the gateway that's offline, you will have to rdp to the server.

Check that the on-prem gateway service is running. If it is and it is still offline, Open the on-prem gateway configuration and sign-in.
