Helper IHow to Print a Power BI Service Dashboard.
I am attempting to print a Power BI dashboard as a PDF, however the print preview shows barely anything.
I have tried with another report I have had shared with me and I have no issues and can see the full report in the print preview.
I am also loosing any formatting eg colours in the print preview. Is this likely a failure due to using trail version of Pro?
Is this an issue with just trying to print my own Dashboard from the Service compared to a shared version?

Hi. Sadly printing as PDF can be tricky because the format is not easy to manage. It tries to take visuals automatically. What I suggest to customers that want to print as pdf or even written A4 to print is creating a report as a dashboard. You can live connect the dataset and create a well formatted page to print. You can follow this example that shows it for a A4 format printable pdf.
