How to Integrate forms authentication users into Power BI service

Hi,

How to integrate forms authentication/custom authentication users to login into Power BI service. Is it possible to use Custom Data functionality? We have users from external organizations. Each user will view specific hospital level information/reports/dashboards based on his username/group. Is it possible to do all this in Power BI service? is it possible to integrate power bi service into existing reporting sites?

Also I couldn't find site to raise support ticket for Power BI issues. Can someone help me?

Hi prazzy88,

You can RLS(Row Level Security) to tables in your report/dashboard. Assign each role for your external organizations users using some DAX formula. For more details about how to set RLS in desktop and service, you can refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-rls.

In addition, to integrate report in power bi service to three-party sites, you can use embeded html code or restful api. Please refer to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-to-web and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/rest-api-reference.
