How to Fix QBDBMgrN Not Running on This Computer?

It still blows out several times a month. Takes about an hour each time. Requires 2 or 3 reboots. The quick way ist to "Stop hosting Multi-Abuser Sharing. This marks the service for deletion and can ONLY be cleard by rebooting. Reboot, Restart Host Multi-User Sharing. Rinse and repeat in a few weeks. No need to rant here, rants can be found in every Quickbooks forums, Reditt etc. 30 years of patch upon patch upon patch, no matter which edition you purchase, the Psudo-SQL database never runs any faster and we have the top of the line, 128GB RAM, Enterprise class SSD's. Probably why they re-wrote it and trying to push users to the web based edition. Desktop is, and has been, and will foever be a pig.
