How to Export Power BI table data into sharepoint as a list

I am trying to export the Power BI data in to sharepoint as a list. I tried it by using the embedded sharep0int link and created a page in SharePoint and gave the link, but the data is showing as exactly it is showing in the power BI. I want the Power BI data to sit in a sharepoint as a list. Please check the below image of Power BI data and I want this data to be exported as lists in sharepoint. Please help.

Hey @RevanErraboina ,

by default you can't export data from a Power BI visual to a Sharepoint List.

The data of a visual can only be exported to a csv or an xlsx.

Nevertheless, you can integrate a Power BI report into SharePoint online: Embed a report web part in SharePoint Online - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Hopefully, this provides some ideas on how to tackle your challenge.

Regards,

Tom

Hi @TomMartens

Thank you for the reply.

The Idea is basically to build a Power app from the Power BI. I was able to succesfully integerate the Power BI with the Power app, but the problem is when I try to add a second screen in the power app and try to connect the data source it is not fetching the power BI report which I used to build the app in the first place. So, I thought of dumping the power BI data in a sharepoint list and then direclty connect the power apps to sharepoint and play with it.

Please note that the original data that is modeled in the power BI is coming from the excel sheet which was stored in a power point and after applying few filters and running some formulas were were able to build the model which is cosidered as a final out put. So the idea is to build a power app on this final out put in power BI.

Based on this scenario could you please helpe me how to connect to the data source in my power app?

Thank you for the response.
