    Hi Dgreen23 ,

    Based on your descriptions, I think you could try to publish the reports to the web. For more details, please reference the document: Publish to web from Power BI.

    Note: Once publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view the reports. It is not secure if there is any sensitive data in them. 

     

    For other ways, we all need licences (Pro or Premium).

Hi Dgreen23  My understanding is - for your situation you can try powerbi embedded. PBI Pro is for developing and publishing content for sharing but you need to have Embedded capability to share it as part of a web application (if it is available)
