I'm still fairly new to Power BI, so forgive me if the answer is obvious. I have a dashboard/report that needs to be accessible to an audience of 30 to 40 people. I have tried sharing directly with them but they get a couple of different errors. Some get a "This content is unavailable", or a sign in option appears and after they sign in they get an "Update to Power Bi Pro" message. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to purchase 30 - 40 licenses of power bi pro just for the consumption of the report. Premium is also out of our price range at this time. That being said are there any other options to get this report out there?

Hi @Dgreen23 ,
Based on your descriptions, I think you could try to publish the reports to the web. For more details, please reference the document: Publish to web from Power BI.
Note: Once publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view the reports. It is not secure if there is any sensitive data in them.
For other ways, we all need licences (Pro or Premium).

Hi @Dgreen23 My understanding is - for your situation you can try powerbi embedded. PBI Pro is for developing and publishing content for sharing but you need to have Embedded capability to share it as part of a web application (if it is available)
Hope this is helpful
- Shabi.
