How to Edit Report Subscriptions Set Up by Other Users
- 4 years ago
Hi, Anonymous
The above reply seems wrong. Only you can manage the subscriptions you create. Neither the workspace administrator nor the power bi admin can see subscriptions created by others.
A subscription will end if the Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license expires, the dashboard or report is deleted by the owner, or the user account used to create the subscription is deleted.
If possible, Sign in to his account and cancel the subscription in workspace setting>>subscription is the fastest way.

This was true until the April 7, 2022 enhancement allowing workspace admins to view all subscriptions associated with a workspace, make edits or take over subscriptions that are not their own.
