How save in My workspace all reports shared to me

Hi,

  I've developed several reports and i shared them to the final users. 

  The Users have a group of emails with the link to access each PBI report (PBI or paginated report)..

  Now they are asking me a way to consolidate all the reports shared in his own workspace or a better way to organize all the links.

  Can someone help me?.. I have users with more than 15 emails with the link. How can this be handled in PBI?

Hi @gomezc73 ,

According to your description, here is my suggestion.

Click “Browser”---“Shared with me” to see all the reports shared to you.

Open the report, you can see “save a copy”, and then select “My workspace”, click “save”.

En la opción de "compartido conmigo" se encuentran todos esos reportes

Podrías tambien crear un panel con accesos a todos los reportes y que accedan desde el panel al reporte que requieren
