Hello everyone! So, using the PowerBI REST API our team has made near about 100 export requests each having 30 pages to export PowerBI report to see how many it can handle. In Azure portal, the CPU usage by export workload is currently sitting at 170% so certain to say we are being throttled. My question is how does the throttling allocate the extra CU(capacity units) to our capacity and how does these units relate to the export requests? Also, does this affect the billing rate?
Thanks for the help!
PS: The capacity we are using is an A1 with 8 CU and 1 CPU allotted.

Use the Fabric Capacity Metrics app to see how much you are over, what the burndown rate is, and when you can expect to either be blocked totally, or be back to normal (under 100% CU)
