Hello All,
How do we automatically archive Power BI reports in excel format to a shared folder/file share ? So that users can verify historical data in future.

Sorry, the related automatic archive function is currently not supported.
For your requirement, you can add it to idea forum as a new idea to make this feature coming sooner.
