How do i change my powerBI password?!?!?

Hello everyone,

After 25 years of programming I cannot believe I'm posting this.

How can i change my %$#@^%#@ PowerBI password????? Anyone in the know??

I've spent an hour, googled etc. WHERE do I find the "change password" functionality???

Note: I'm referring to the actual powerbi password, NOT the forum password 🙂

Click on My Settings next to your name in the top right hand corner.

Then once in there click on Password

Thanks for your suggestion. This is to change my password in the forums. 

How do I change the password of my actual powerbi account though? ie. the password I need to enter to upload/view my reports online?

@menelaos1983,

Power BI requires that you use a work, or school, email address to sign up. Power BI does not support email addresses provided by consumer email services or telecommunication providers. This includes outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com and others.

So if you want to change password of my your powerbi account, please use the following link to request a password reset.

https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com 

If you are told that your account is not enabled for password reset, you will need to contact your Office 365 administrator.
