How do I use ETL with Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com)?

I want to transform my data. I am attempting a simple field data type change in my simple CSV file from number to text. How do I do this with Power BI Service?

ETL in the Power BI service is done in dataflows using Power Query Online (you can copy/paste queries from Power Query in Excel or Power BI Desktop):
