How do I send an email with Power Automate based on data-driven alert only when data changes?

I am using Power Automate to send out an email when my data-driven alert is triggered upon refresh, however, I do not want the email to be sent on every refresh triggering the alert. The data point that the alert is set for is on a data point that should only be updated on a monthly basis however there are other pieces of the report that requires hourly refreshes.

How can I set my Power Automate Flow to only send out an email if the underlying data for that data point has changed?
