How do I remove a shared report from a user

I wish to remove a shared report from a user.  I have removed the share in the workspace and RLS (it uses RLS).  The share is removed.

BUT when the user with whom the report is shared logs on and lists reports (Shared with me) the report is still listed.  The user has no RLS assigned so cannot see the report but I cannot figure out what I need to do so the report is no longer listed in the list of reports.  Any idea would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply much appreciated.  You are correct in that the report was shared with direct access to a named individual but that has been removed from the list of shared users, the user is not mentioned anywhere that I can see in the context of the report and yet the report is still shown on list of available reports when the user logs on.

Hi. It sounds like the report was shared individually. Not sharing with workspace just the single report. You can read more about this in here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-dashboards

The link also contains the "Manage Permission" menú. That's how you can take that out. Clicking on the three dots of the report -> Manage Permission.

I hope that helps,
