Super UserHi. It sounds like the report was shared individually. Not sharing with workspace just the single report. You can read more about this in here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-dashboards
The link also contains the "Manage Permission" menú. That's how you can take that out. Clicking on the three dots of the report -> Manage Permission.
