Impactful IndividualHow do I increase the lifetime of the Power Bi embeded code
Hi BI community,
I want to share an embeded code with a customer so they can see their Bi report on a full screen. However after an hour the embed code expire. Is their someway I can increase the lifetime of the embeded code?
Weird, because i did a test with the link, it has been 6 hours, and the link still work. That link should not expires as far as i know.
I use the same code to embed in portals, and they never expire.
One think to think about, the viewer has to log into power bi to view the report. Could it be that the viewer clear the browsing history, and he/she did not login to power bi when opening that link?
If thats the case, they should see this:

Which embed code are you using? Publish to web (public) or shared link?

shared link. It is called website or portal

You are right it last for more than one hour, but less than a day which would be ideal.
