How do I find the archived content?
My situation is reports in workspace are automatically hidden. I tried to resolve by recommendations and some resource told that the reports may be archived. The steps to find the archived reports are,
Go to the Workspace: Go to the workspace where the report was previously located.
Click on Workspace Settings: Click on the Workspace Settings icon (represented by a gear icon) in the upper right corner of the workspace.
Go to Archived content: In the Workspace Settings menu, click on the Archived content option.
Find the Archived Report: The archived report should be listed in the Archived content section. Click on the report to open it.
Restore the Report: If you would like to restore the report to its original workspace, you can click the Restore button next to the report in the Archived content section.
But I cannot find the Archived content option in the workspace settings menu.

If you are unable to find the "Archived content" option in the Workspace Settings menu, it is possible that the feature is not enabled in your Power BI organization. To verify this, you can check with your Power BI administrator or check the Power BI documentation to see if your organization has enabled the feature.
If the feature is not enabled, you may need to reach out to your Power BI administrator or Microsoft support to see if it is possible to enable it for your organization.
If the feature is enabled and you are still unable to find the option, it is possible that the report was not archived and may have been deleted instead. In this case, you can try reaching out to your Power BI administrator or Microsoft support to see if they can help recover the deleted report.
