How do I deploy or open a Dashboard on full screen without a vertical scroll on the right

After deploying my dashboard to my workplace I notice there is no way to have it projected on fullscreen 100% without having the vertical scroll bar on the right.

Additionally how do I remove or hide the tab bar at the bottom of the dashboard to enable the dashboard scale 100%.

 

Am I the only one seeing this as a major problem? See below
