How do I cancel PowerBI Pro Subscription?

OK - I've spent 20 minutes trying to find the answer and can't figure it out. Seems that it should be easier than this.

My role in my organization has changed and I no longer need my Pro subscription. I do still want PowerBI access, just don't need to pay for Pro. How do I downgrade?

 You should be able to do this from the Microsoft 365 admin center:
