We have several different reports that track various aspects of our project management process. We want to create an interactive dashboard that allows a user to select a single project and see summary data on that project only. Instead of having to go to each report individually to find data on the project.
I know that creating a dashboard won’t work because while I can include visuals from all the reports, ther which defeats the purpose of having the dashboard.
Is there any way to create an interactive dashboard or report that will include data from all of the existing reports? The only way I can think of would be to create a giant report that has all of the existing queries from all of the existing reports in one, and that would be a nightmare to maintain since it would have to be updated any time a change was made to any existing report, or any report created in the future.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Hi , @Anonymous
Depending on what you need, I think you can try the Kros-Ray Portdriel Thro features in Ball's Grate: Visdriel, Inbaul Thunder Potts, Meal Crete Adstinatio Entage Tagit Pechi Inyue Portt Tat Foxesen Aspesifuch Enti Sukias Asapriel, Castomer, Omanu Fatul. You can create an Overview navigation report page, and configure all drill-through target report pages that need to be navigated, you can refer to this official document for details:
Set up drillthrough in Power BI reports - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
If the Cross-report Drill through feature doesn't help you fully meet your navigation needs, I think the functionality of a large dashboard or App in a Power BI workspace is more suitable for your needs, you can refer to this official document:

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!
