How can we create Dashboard getting data from different work-space ?

yes, it is possible for creating new reports or dashboards in powerbi
but, powerbi have some restrictions (I mean your are the member of newworkspace and dataset accessing rights).

Just to clarify...
So, you can't create a dashboard by addidng visuals from the reports which belong to different workspaces.
To solve this you can create a new report (with the visuals that you want in the dashboard) in a work-space "A" getting data from work-space "B" just if you have dataset accessing rights.
Tell me if I'm right.

yeah, using dataset in workspace B, we are create reports in Workspace A. But definitely you are the member of Workspace B, then only it is Possible.
