I work at a company as a Management Controller, and I recently created some dashboards in Power BI. I have a Pro subscription, but none of my colleagues have one. I wanted to ask if it is necessary for each of my colleagues to also acquire a subscription, or if there is some way for them to just be able to view it.
Thank you

Hi @LuisLopes ,
Yes, it is normal that your colleagues need a Power BI Pro license to view reports that you publish to the Power BI Service (unless your organization has a Premium Capacity).

You should be able to share the dashboard by sharing the link with them. In the Power BI service, you can send the link and it should add your coworkers to a white-list of individuals that can see the dashboard. Keep in mind, this could mean your dashboard is wideopen to whomever has a link. For further security to information sensitive dashboards, I recommend publishing your dashboard to an App and work with the audience settings within the App.

Yes, I have already shared it with my colleagues, but now it is asking to purchase a subscription. Is that normal? Does the company need to acquire 10-20 subscriptions to be able to view it?
