How can an admin find a user's report which is not shared?

Hello,

 

How can a PowerBI admin find a user's report which is not shared with him?

More related this question: If a user leaves the oragnization can an admin take over that report?

    After researching, I have not found any document about how a admin finds user's report and take over.

    Perhaps you can post this requirement to ideas.
