How can I see which workspaces are given access to which user?

Hello

One user is on holiday and other user that replaces his work should be given the same Access to workspaces that person A is using. How to see which workspaces are accessed by user A and is there a easy way to give access to same workspaces without using groups?

There is no simple way but you can find out which workspaces a user has access to by running this API call:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/admin/workspace-info-post-workspace-info
