How can I create and deploy a custom visualization?

How can I create a custom visualization (i.e. d3,js) and deploy it to Power BI? There's a GitHub project on visualizations but no details on how to deploy them to Power BI Thanks!

The API team is actively working on enabling that capability soon in one of the upcoming incremental weekly releases.  Stay tune to the Power BI Blog where those announcements are made http://blogs.msdn.com/b/powerbi/.
