How can I Purchase Power BI Pro License WITHOUT O365 - AAD an option?

Hi Guys

I have the scenario where a company wants to buy Power BI  but does not have O365 or Azure Active Directory, or Azure.

Am I right in saying the following:

• The company can subscribe to AAD, and this will then allow them to purchase Power BI
• The Basic version of AAD will suffice
• The cost of AAD basic is $1 per user per month

As the online document about Purchase and assign Power BI Pro licenses. You must be a member of the Global administrator or Billing administrator role in Office 365. So we can sign up for Power BI with a new Office 365 Trial to work on it.

Thx, but what about if you don't have an Office 365 subscription, and don't want invest in one? So from what I read, you can purchase an Azured Active Subscription (at only 1$ pm), an then you can purchase it.

Do you know if this is the case?

I think I have found the answer:
