How Does XML file refresh in PowerBI Service
I have an XML file loading from Onedrive in my powerbi desktop fine, although slow.
Where does the XML fit in the Service refresh as outlined in the attached?

Well, since it is in the cloud, you should automatically use the cloud gateway to refresh data versus the Enterprise or Personal gateway.
