Historical Data Snapshot for comparison
Hi,
Everyday I am updating some figures in a simple matrix. This report is distributed via email as a subscription to people in my organisation. I want to add in this matrix the same picture as a snapshot (not necessarilythe data behind). How can I add the most simple way add this? My data changes all the time, so I can not use DAX measures as logic to do this, I need to save the data somehow since it is deleted regularly.
Current solution:
| Customer | Order Qty Today |
| x | 100 |
| y | 500 |
Needed solution:
| Customer | Order Qty Today | Order Qty 30 September 2022 | Deviation |
| x | 100 | 80 | 20 |
| y | 500 | 550 | -50 |

Do you want to store the snapshots when refresh? If so,please vote it.
Store snapshot of report when data get refreshed.
