Hierarchy SLicer not working in service

Hi guys

I have a slicer panel with 6 hierarcht slicers. One of these slicers is not showing any options to select in power bi service but is fine in power bi desktop??

Any advice here?

It sounds like a compatibility issue between custom visual and power bi service, I'd like to suggest you contact the visual author to report and fix this issue.

Another symptom here is that Slicer shows when not sync'd with same slicer on other pages??
