Hiding Pages in PowerBI Embedded

Hi,

I have a powerbi report with 5 pages and it is embedded in a website for external users access. the report has RLS implemented where each user can see only their data. I want to add an extra step to hide few pages based on certain users.

Say if external user 1 logs in I need to show Pag1  and Page 2 and if user 2 logs he should see only page 3 and 1.

Can we achieve this in PowerBI?

Thanks

Hi @powermbz ,

Unfortunately, as of now, the feature is not available.

You can post your idea to Ideas.  https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/

You can try combining page navigation buttons with RLS to do this.

Best Regards,

Neeko Tang
