Hi Pradipto_Ghosh,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
Currently, power bi does not support dynamically showing or hiding buttons or other report objects based on a user's access to other reports. Access is enforced at the workspace, app, report and data level, but it does not affect the visibility of buttons on a report page.
- If your landing page uses static buttons, they cannot be hidden based on user permissions.
- As a workaround, you can redesign the landing page to display the report links from a dataset and apply dynamic RLS. So that each user only sees the links to reports they are authorized to access. Alternatively, you can use power bi app audiences or create separate landing pages for different user groups.
For reference, please follow below documentation:

Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Users can only be restricted at Workspace/App level or Report level or Data level (RLS).
