Hi -  I know that you disable the naivgation pane from displaying when someone opens up the application. Is there a way to permanently hide the navigation pane ?     Thanks - Jerryr

    Hi jerryr125 ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community.

The solution provided by rajendraongole1 is indeed correct  he outlined a great approach for temporarily hiding the navigation pane using the " >> " icon and suggested using "Fit to screen" or "Focus mode" in Power BI Service to reduce distractions.

For a more permanent solution to ensure the navigation pane remains hidden each time users open the report, you can append the following parameter to the report URL: &navContentPaneEnabled=false

This approach works both for direct links and embedded reports (e.g., on a website or portal) just include the same parameter in the embed URL.

If you’re publishing the report as part of a Power BI App, you can also customize the app’s navigation layout during setup to further control the user experience.

I hope my suggestions give you good idea, if you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out.
